The Lankan’s Kottu

To simplify what Kuttu is: Kottu means chopped, to chop in Sinhala. it consists of Roti or String hoppers ~30%, Choice of curry ~30%, Fresh vegetables ~30% and the rest are spices and sauces creating a unique flavour when cooked altogether.
