About ISLE - Poole
American inspired smoked BBQ and sourdough Detroit style pizza. All prepared and smoked in-house including our sausages. For our BBQ we source local British meats except the specially selected for smoking Black Angus beef brisket. The cows have to be on a special diet in order to get that marbling and tenderness of the meat which is currently not widely available in the UK and is imported from South America.
