Our mission was simple, to create the tastiest toasties using the freshest, tastiest, local ingredients. Each toastie includes our mix of Irish cheeses and local Belfast Bake House sourdough bread. Our muffins are provided by our friends at French Village bakery and all our ingredients are fresh and local.
