Bia Rebel Ramen is Belfast's only Ramen dedicated Ramen Joint, We make everything from scratch starting with our noodles, our rich chicken bone broth and miso. Each dish is uniquely seasoned to bring our the greatest expression of umami (the savour fifth flavour) and topped with a range of ingredients that express Northern Irelands desire for big flavours.
