Delicious as always. Could you maybe consider doing a nice bruschetta type thing as a side if possible please.
All parts of the pizza were outstanding, the only component that required improvement would be the sauce. Slightly under seasoned and lacks the pizzaface mojo that sings through in the toppings and base
The pizza was perfect, nice and thin, with the right amount of cheese, not smothered! Its lovely to get real chillis ad so many places are tight and only use dried chilli.

I love the pizza from VIP, but this is one of the best I’ve had (Fiorentina). Also I asked in the allergy notes if they wouldn’t mind adding a few black olives to the pizza, which they did no problem.
