  British chicken breast coated in our Caesar mayo with beech-smoked bacon, shavings of Italian matured cheese, yoghurt mayo and peppery rocket, on a stone baked baguette. (Bones may remain)

• Tuna Melt Toastie

  Generous chunks of pole & line caught tuna with Swedish Greve cheese, red onion and a dab of free-range mayo in between two slices of our 7-seeded bloomer bread.

  With chargrilled chickpeas, red peppers, massaged kale, pistachios and a dollop of humous.

  With Tenderstem® broccoli, avocado topped with Japanese togarashi spiced seeds, chilli aubergine, edamame soya beans and Pret's miso & orange dressing.
