Antipasto Dough Special
A mix of Italian cheeses and cured meats with roasted vegetables: courgettes, aubergines, yellow peppers, sun-dried tomatoes and olives. Served with freshly baked bread and basil pesto. Great to share.

Tomato sauce, ‘Fior di latte’ mozzarella, Italian ham, mushrooms, parsley, garlic oil.
Calzone
Folded pizza with tomato sauce, ‘Fior di latte’ mozzarella, ham, mushrooms, egg yolk. Served with a small mixed salad.
Salami & Truffle Stracciatella cheese
Tomato sauce, 'Fior di latte' mozzarella, milano salami, truffle stacciatella cheese, walnuts, black pepper. Based on our Multigrain dough.
Partigiana
