  Succulent coal-fired chicken tikka with cinammon and cardamon, layered in a spice-infused long grain basmati rice ( Mild Spicy )

  Fresh cauliflower, green beans and peas layered and slow cooked with pilaf rice (V) (Spicy)

• Paneer Tikka Biryani

  Silky tandoor paneer tikka cooked in our special masala mix, layered with long-grain basmati pilaf rice. ( V ) ( Mild Spicy)
