I Custodi Pistus - Etna Rosso
Grapes : Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio. Lively tannins, structure, minerals, rich fruits and freshness. A vibrant ruby colour leads to a lovely perfume of flowers and fruits with that distinctive Nerello, Hearthy and Smoky volcanic nose. The wine has medium to full body but mantains its crunchy youthful freshness and works very well chilled ‘cause the tannins are pretty ripe and velvety.
Marchese Antinori - Chianti
An intense ruby red in colour, the wine's nose shows ripe red fruit along with sustained sensations of vanilla and spices. The palate is ample and enveloping, balanced and vigorous with soft and silky tannins and the finish and aftertaste and long and persistent. The key word to look out for here is the Tignanello which is the source of all the grapes for this tremendous wine.

Umani Ronchi - Pecorino
The name of Pecorino grape variety, also known as “grape of the sheep”, derives from the strong connection between sheep farming and agriculture, and the presence of this grape variety in the areas of shepherds’ transhumance. In the past this grape variety, thanks to its high aromas concentration, its good alcohol content, and even more thanks to its wonderful acidity which is the most distinctive characteristic of Pecorino, was used to improve the quality of wines produced with other varieties.
