Sourdough pizzas

We make fresh sourdough every morning using organic grains from Shipton Mill in Gloucestershire. Then we hand-stretch the bases and top with homemade San Marzano tomato sauce. But the true glory of a Stable pizza is our Glastonbury mozzarella.
