Freshly hand wrapped rice paper summer rolls Filled with fresh salad and noodles served with our house hoisin peanut sauce or our tangy spicy fish sauce dip.
We slow cook our broth for at least 10hours to create a well balance clear fragrant broth. Pho is served with banh pho a flat rice noodle and in the south we add herbs, lemon and chilies. In the south we also like to add hoisin and sriracha.
Choice of topping Served with jasmine rice or vermicelli noodle and salad with a side of nuoc mam (house fish sauce)
