Chunks of wild mouflon (similar to lamb) marinated for 24 hours in yoghurt and our blend of tikka spices, then slowly cooked with onion, garlic, coconut, ginger, tomatoes, flaked almond and our secret masala spices
Pork and Somerset Elderflower Cider
We take cuts of the finest british pork slowly cooked with onion, celery, smoked streaky bacon, apples, prunes, nutmeg all bound in spiced somerset elderflower cider sauce
