About Yane
Yane (ya-nay), "roof" in Japanese; the roof of a home - our home, one in which everyone is treated like family. It’s our goal to bring you the true culture of Japanese home cooking, from comforting Donburi, popular Katsu, delicious Cha Han, to traditional pickles. Like being home, almost.
Donburi 丼
Translating to "bowl", our dishes in this section describe the multitude of real classic Japanese comfort food rice bowls. Each topping is served on a generous bed of our blended Japanese rice.

After 7.4 iterations, our N7.4 kare (curry) roux is as close to the Japanese brands as you can get. All are served with our blended Japanese rice and a side of fukujinzuke pickles.
