Our chicken is marinated overnight in South African herbs and spices, steam cooked to lock in the taste and keep it tender and juicy, then finished off on flames to give the best flavour!
Matured for a minimum of 28 days, hand cut and seasoned. Seared before cooking to lock in the taste and cooked over flames. This is how we deliver our juicy, tender and flavoursome Beef. Served with salad.
