Tandoori dishes are prepared with various herbs & spices. Barbecued over in a clay oven (Tandoori) served with salad and mint sauce.
Mild, medium or hot.
Coated with lemon juice, prepared with capsicums, tomatoes and onions.
A North Indian curry dish becoming increasingly popular, cooked with fresh herbs, garlic, ginger, coriander and five spices. Served with naan/ pilau rice (Please mention if Naan or pilau rice is preferred).
These dishes are first marinated in various spices and seasonings then barbecued in the tandoori clay oven & when tender, cooked in a special Gravy made with many spices. All these masala dishes contain nuts.
Dansak dishes are sweet and sour, slightly cooked with pink lentils Pathia dishes are slightly hot, cooked with shredded onions, tomatoes, and fresh lemon juice.
All Karahi dishes are coated with oriental spices, soft onions, tomatoes and capsicums and cooked in a medium dry gravy.
A combination of some oriental medium spices mixed with fragrant rice (basmati) and slowly fried in ghee (clarified butter) dressed with tomato and cucumber. Served with a vegetable sauce.
The vegetables, used in our dishes are fresh from the market every day.
Fresh vegetables include aubergines, potatoes, mushrooms, bindi (okra), carrots and cauliflower .
