Momo is South Asian type of dumplings native to Tibet, Bhutan and Nepal. Momo is eaten as an entree or as mains. Its a dumpling filled with meat or veg eaten with tomato pickle called achar.
It is a traditional type of soup served with mixed veg or chicken in herbs.
Chilli is the spiciest dish of all which contains various types of peppers and chilli cooked in chilli sauce and some spices to make it rich in flavor and served with beaten rice called Cheura.
