This is a dry sparkling wine. It is a delicious, voluptuous quality sparkling. It has a Crunchy acidity, a smooth and very pleasant on the palate with fruit notes such as pineapple and green apples. It has a persistent delicate finish.

Antonio Maçanita Arinto 2015, Açores
Arinto dos Açores (aka Sercial) vines are planted so close to the sea, they need special walls called currais to protect from the spray. Only 5,000 bottles made, it's fresh, pure and very mineral, some grapefruit and a saline, savoury finish.
Niepoort Ruby Dum Port NV, Douro
Of the Niepoortland twins, although similar at the outset, with time, Ruby Dum retains its youthful, headstrong character, dominated by red cherries and plums with great freshness from ageing in large wooden vats in our cool cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia. An expressive port with great character inspired by Alice in Wonderland´s famous Tweedle twins.
Cobalto (perfect with Fevertree tonic or the Indian Sunset Cascara)
Cobalt Gin, a gin born and fully produced in the Douro. Its creators claim that this is a gin completely different and very genuine, fruity and very aromatic. The production uses traditional methods to give the gin a unique balance and freshness. It contains six specific botanicals which give an aroma and genuineness, the botanicals are juniper, Lucia / lime, mint / mint, juniper and cardamom and finally the Tinta Amarela from the Douro vineyard.
Nautilus (seaweed gin)
Nautilus, originated from Portugal, it is a triple distilled Gin using traditional organic botanicals, such as Juniper, Colander, and citric fruit zest. Last but not least important comes its aromatization with Algae, Angelica Root, Rosemary and others. This results in a superb and distinctive Gin which offers unique Atlantic aromas. It is known as “The Gin of the Sea”.
