Our Tandoori dishes are prepared in a clay oven, also known as Tandoor or Bhatti. In tandoor, heat is generated by fire, burning within the tandoor itself, thus exposing the food to both live-fire, radiant heat cooking, and hot-air.
In our all Biryani dishes, the chef’s special masala is used that gives the Biryani a unique taste. The Biryani is served with a portion of mix vegetable curry (M).
