About Kaptain Karaage - Southwest Edinburgh
Inspired by the Japanese favourite, chicken Karaage, Kaptain Karaage brings the flavours and tastes of Japanese street food to the city of Edinburgh. After travelling around Asia back in 2017, the Kaptain began a teaching gig in mainland China, South Korea, Vietnam, then Japan, leading to the ultimate love story between the Kaptain and the Japanese speciality, Karaage. When returning to Edinburgh, the Kaptain was desperate to share as much of his travels as possible, especially the flavours.
