These dishes are prepared in charcoal fired, vertical clay oven called a Tandoor. Optional extra £1 for Tandoor Specials (same old tandoori dishes with a slight twist; sweet & sour, tamarind sauce with caramelised onions).
Cooked with ground masala, ground coriander, secret herbs and spices to suit every palate; medium in strength and rich in flavour. All dishes are served with naan bread.
Central Asian origin. These dishes are rich, very aromatic but mild. They consist of special saffron rice cooked together with chicken, lamb, prawn, or vegetable in spices. Served with vegetable curry to suit your taste.
