The tandoori is a traditional style clay oven of the North West Frontier. All dishes are served with accompaniments of rice, crisp salad & a special tandoori sauce of your desired strength.
All Jahangir kormas incorporate our specially prepared homemade cream sauce with gives them a slightly nutty, extra creamy texture & a distinctly unique flavour.
Balti dishes originate from the northern part of Pakistan. The balti style of cooking differs from the traditional curries in that they are slowly stir-fried in clay pans, producing a drier, slightly hotter home style flavour.
A royal dish of Mogul origin. The dishes are cooked with basmati fried rice & accompanied with vegetable curry.

Pan fried in a very hot sauce, on a sizzling platter with peppers, green chillies & onions served with our sour cream, salsa & flour tortillas.

All steaks weigh approx 10oz uncooked & are cooked on charcoal grill.
Our Thalis offer delightful little portions of a connoisseurs selection of four most popular main courses - bhuna, korma, tikka masala & Punjabi masala, enabling you to discover the intricacies of our cuisine. Accompanied with rice, chapati & chutney.
