Dosa is a crispy rice pancake made with rice batter. Served with sambar & three varieties of chutney.

All kothu dishes are made with fresh onions, green chillies, Indian spices, curry leaves & selected gravy with roti or idiyappam or puttu which are mixed & chopped into fine pieces on the grill.
All the fried dishes are made with fried meat, onions, chillies, curry leaves, masala & sauteed in pan.
Slow cooked basmati rice with vegetables, herbs & Indian spices. Served with raitha & an egg for non-veg biryani.
All fried rice are made with plain fried rice, fresh vegetables, onions, eggs & soya sauce.
All noodles are made with plain pan fried noodles, fresh vegetables, onions, eggs & soya sauce.
