Balti is a very special traditional dish brought from the eastern region of India. Authentic & exotic herbs blended with fresh root spices, garlic, onion & coriander, cooked in a specially prepared balti paste.
Cooked with rice and served with a vegetable curry side dish.
Served with chips, peas & salad.
