Korai dishes are specially prepared with roasted spices, fresh herbs and chopped onions, peppers and fresh tomatoes. Medium spiced.
Whole spices, roasted and ground combined with fresh herbs, then stirred in a balti to give that distinctive taste and flavour.
Dansak - fairly hot, sweet & sour cooked with lentils. Pathia - fairly hot, cooked in a sweet & sour sauce. Both dishes served with pilau rice.
Stir fried with Basmati rice, light spices & fresh herbs. Served with a vegetable curry side dish.
