Northern Indian garlic chilli steam cooked in a hot chilli garlic sauce, garnished with coriander. Hot & very spicy to taste.
Marinated & grilled in the tandoori then cooked with fried mushrooms, onions and capsicum with fresh Punjab masala in a thick sauce.
These are recommended to accompany main dishes. However these dishes can be prepared as main dishes for a vegetarian dinners request.
