Clay oven treasures. A tandoori is a barrel shaped, open topped, charcoal fired oven with clay walls. The dishes have been marinated in our special mixtures, then barbecued on skewers. Served with a seasonal salad & mint sauce.
All dishes are cooked in a cast iron pan known as balti, cooked with fresh blended spices, fresh tomatoes, green peppers, onions & flavoured with green herbs. The strength of these balti dishes can be prepared to suit to your taste.
Made from the tandoor selection with our very own special sauce, medium to slightly hot taste garnished with tomatoes & coriander, cooked in a cast iron dish (korai) from Bangladesh. Slightly hot.
A beautiful combination of basmati rice, almonds, sultanas, coconut, garnished with tomatoes & cucumber. Served with vegetable curry. A truly tasty dish, may suit almost every king of palate.
