All tandoori dishes served with salad and mint sauce. Prepared in a clay oven marinated in a delightful, delicate, spiced yoghurt for 24 hours to tenderise the meat giving it a seductive flavour and a tantalising aroma.
Any dishes can be done with King size prawns for extra cost.
Balti dishes are cooked in a cast iron Kashmiri pan known as Balti with freshly blended spices, fresh tomatoes, green peppers, onions and flavoured with herbs. The strength of these dishes can be prepared to suit your taste.
Cooked with basmati rice, spices and served with vegetable curry.
Served with chips, peas & tomatoes.
