About Sambal Shiok - Islington
Sambal To Go is the take away arm of the famous Sambal Shiok. Laksa is our small but perfectly formed game. Ours is a Peranakan Nyonya curry laksa with a hint of tamarind. Rice boxes with curries, braises and stir fries for light meals. Fried chicken and gado gado salad as sides. Chocolate Cardamom cake for afters. Hammerton Pilsner is named after the Bavarian brewer, Joseph Groll, best known for being the first brewer of the Pilsner beer.
