We pride ourselves on being one of the rare sourdough purists. This means that our sourdough making process is 100% natural. We don't add any fresh yeast to quicken the fermentation process. Every loaf takes 3 days before it is ready for baking.

Our Heritage Wholemeal Sourdough loaf is made with Heritage British grain varieties, giving it a complex flavour with satisfying nutty sour notes. The eggs we use are the famous cacklebeans and the lemon is directly outsourced from the farm.
